I am happy to report, Cubbie is potty trained! Yes, I am totally doing the happy dance! No accidents in over a week! At two and a half, I am totally proud of my big boy.He still wears a diaper to bed, but that too hopefully will end soon. This past Saturday, I tweeted: “I'm off to Target for my weekly trip. And for the first time in over 4 years, I don't have to buy any diapers!!! Woo Hoo!”
Jen at @henjenca asked me what I was going to buy with the extra money. I replied, “A new hairbrush and some socks...LOL!” I know, I went wild and crazy, huh! :-)

That's awesome! I keep telling Sim he needs to potty train so I have a little extra to spend...he keeps saying, "I no big boy. I baby." I've got my work cut out for me!
We just did the potty training bit here as well!!
She is also 2 1/2 and decided on her own that she's ready for it! :) I love it when they make the big step themselves.
We still do diapers at nap and bed, just for safety and laundry! :P

We've been diaper free for daytime for over 2 years now - but...it's those overnights - they sneak up on us far too frequently...

Yay for Cubbie! I remember that time. All the milestones are so bitter-sweet. Love the baby, miss the baby, but don't miss the poopie pants. :)
Wow - Two and a half! Congrats! My youngest was almost three and a half, but since he's the youngest of 4, it was almost easier to keep him in diapers. Your babies are growing up - look out, driver's licenses are around the corner!

Ooh I think with the money you are going to save, you could buy a hairbrush, socks and maybe even a package of panties for yourself. The sky is the limit. Oh I love it.
