Oh So Sweet…Oh Wait a Minute!

We were picking the remnants from our garden last week when I happened to catch this:

I just love how their little heads are touching.

Sweet, innocent moment, right? Well, yeah, until I realized what Cubbie was looking at…Sprout was squishing old cherry tomatoes from off the ground and ants were crawling all over it! Hence why I never got a good shot of it…I was too busy freaking out and brushing ants off Sprout’s hand!

Boys, I tell ya! I should have known they were up to something :-)

As a former little boy, and a dad to a son who used to be one, and now with 3 grandsons, I can assure you that they are always up to something. LOL

Oh that's funny!

Adorable shot! Cubbie looks a little unsure of whether or not Sprout should have been doing that. Cute!

G'morn sweet CM ~ I so love the pics of Sprout & Cubbie ... you always capture them so beautifully.

Oh, how this brings back memories of 3 wee fellas ... not into the creepy crawling stuff either.

One day while talking to Harold working in Alaska our kid-ling Joshua & his play pals were out climbing on the mulch pile & all of a sudden I hear all this raucous confusion ... he was covered in red fire ants! Oy!

Have a beautiful weekend, my friend.

I have two boys myself but they have gotten to the ages that if their heads are touching, it probably means they're in a fight! Found you on blogfrog and following you! :)

Oh Sweetie...
I am trying so hard not too laugh, as boys will be boys. I remember when my boys were little, and in the Spring in Oklahoma it would rain, and we would have literally hundreds of little froggies hopping all over the place. They boys would catch them and stick them in their pants pockets. I always told them to empty their pockets, but it never failed that we didn't find a froggie or two in the washer when I did the laundry. We still laugh about it today.

The funny thing about brothers. One is always blaming the other, and what one doesn't think of the does. I still chuckle when I look at my boys, they each had 2 boys also. I always say "Paybacks are a bitch." Believe me they are getting paid back in doubles.

Thank you for the precious share this evening. It brought such precious memories to me. Thank you sweet friend. Many hugs and SO much love, Sherry

Your boys are so cute! I was scrolling through your blog (love it), and I really love your pics. I know boys love bugs, but for some reason my toddler does too--and I'm terrified of bugs, so it really sucks.
