So I had this great idea to take my left over pizza sauce, experiment with my tortillas and see if I could create pizza! All while documenting it for my blog readers.
See, I did it all for YOU! So here we go…
First mistake…I mixed up by brand names! There’s goes that lucrative Kraft sponsorship…
But wait, it gets worse.
As I was documenting my brilliant idea, along came a hand…
And then some unmanicured toes! Oh the horror! And yes, now you can see my little thief stealing pepperoni…

“Mama, whatcha doin? Why you on chair?”
Quickly realizing my attempt at food blogging was a bust, I got down and started the oven. The end result…soggy pizza!
Really, I should not be left unsupervised.

I made home made pizzas for dinner tonight also. We had pumpkin, feta, baby spinach & Parmesan pizza. It was deliciosa but it was also a little on the soggy side, which only made it easier sliding down the throat. Pizzas are always a fun thing to make with kids.
I tried to document/experiment with scallops one evening and almost overcooked them because I was so busy trying to take photos. I have since decided that I will not become a food blogger! :)
LOL - too funny! Well, at least you tried.
Ha!!I love the little hands reaching for the pepperonis! Soggy pizza? Well maybe you can roll them up and make pizza taquitos that way?
haha. love it...we have little hands as well that love pepperoni...we use english muffins as the base for our pizzas some times...
OMG - i just try to figure out how it looked - you - standing on that chair - taking food pics….this was really funny - and i think you should continue with food blogging…smiles
Here at Chez Max they beg me not to experiment with cooking!! Hahaha! Let's not even go there as to why!!!!!
I love your little guy's face when he got caught. lol. I make homemade pizza with whole wheat pitas, instead of the tortillas. My son loves to take them in his lunch.
Hi Sweetie, good morning...
Oh how I love the little pepperoni thief, a little hand just slipping in there, and then when he looks up at you, up on that chair, the precious look on his face...PRICELESS. I am afraid I would have fell off in laughter at the moment. So darn cute.
I have never had any luck with making pizzas from tortillas, but I do pretty good with the dough in the biscuit section of the grocer. It turns out good and the grands love it.
Hope you have a beautiful Friday sweet friend. Many hugs and so much love, Sherry
That was great! I love the commentary!
Ahahaha! I don't know why this made me laugh so hard but it did!
You are too funny! And, you have a handsome little thief on your hands!
Hey, at least you tried! When I was a kid my mom used to use hamburger buns for the base. We loved them!
Ahh, I love those little hands (and pepperoni).
Very funny. The ingredients looked yummy. I think you have potential. :)
I am SOOO this post! :) I have tried a few times to blog about food and each time my pics are horrible or it didn't turn out blog worthy! lol I've posted anyway just to keep it real! love it!
Nice try! Wish I knew how to make pizza!
Thanks for the laugh!
It was worth a shot! I love finding ways to use leftovers!

Lol! Well you might not be a food blogger but this post is awesome.
G'eve sweet CM ~ The best tortilla pizzas are with everything you'v got ... but grill them on the grill/electric fry pan ... the kid-lings love making them when they are home .... AND ... YES, we have a pepperoni thief, too.
I love your little kid-ling, that look is JUST precious.
We are travelling, will keep up as best I can ..
TTFN ~ hugs, Marydon
Are you standing on a chair? haha You're too funny, I love it! Definitely stick with pitas next time. :) Oh and that is what our products look like around here too, I would hate to be biased. :)
Adorable and a cute little helping hand.
You are hilarious! Your kiddo is way cuter than food, anyhow...
we go to sam's and buy a case of frozen dough. then any time we want pizza all i have to do is add sauce and toppings. ooh so good. i have tried the tortilla shells and they come out soggy. i am sure there is a way we make them not soggy
