Crash! Bang! Boom!
What little boy doesn't love a book about trucks! Sprout's favorite is "Meet Jack Truck" from Jon Scieszka's Trucktown series.
With colorful illustrations, we see what adventures Jack Truck and his friends, Monster Truck Max, Tow Truck Ted, and Garbage Truck Gabriella are up to. And at the very end of the book, we tuck Jack Truck in bed, blankie and all!

nice. my youngest loves trucks...we just went over to the park and watched the construction machines working to put a new baseball field in...still love where the wild things are...the book, not the movie...the red tree by shaun tan is pretty cool too..

The Truck Town books are some of my DAUGHTER's favorites! And my son pulled a book off the shelf a while ago--one that I had written for a class project--and they both love it. {Sniff} We're currently devouring the Magic Tree House books...love them!
We really loved Goodnight Moon!
I love some of the other books that Jon Scieszka has illustrated! The cover of this book is so cute...I wonder if my girls would like it?
... another vote for Goodnight Moon. Question is what book won't she read? I think the fav right now is Brown Bear, Brown Bear. Hurray for early readers!

We have this book at our house and Cole just loves it! I think that Cole and Sprout would be best friends of we lived near each other. :-) Cubbie and Charley would probably get along great too. Especially since Charley thinks she is a boy that has pig tails. ;-)
