Read Books Online for Free!

Check this out! It's called "DailyLit." It's a website where you can subscribe to have books sent to your email for FREE!

You can search by "Category"

Or choose that great classic you've always wanted to read:

The best part is you get to choose the frequency of the emails. Here's an excerpt from their website FAQ section:

"Why read books by email?
Because if you are like us, you spend hours each day reading emails but don't find the time to read books. DailyLit brings books right into your inbox in convenient small messages that take less than 5 minutes to read."

I've enjoyed having books delivered for FREE to my email, so I thought you might too!

Head over to Mom Tried It for more "Try and Tell" ideas!

Now it's YOUR turn! What's YOUR favorite book OR the last book you read???

Ummm....SO COOL!!!! I am trying to get through Atlas Shrugged (read it in High School and didn't understand a word, so I thought I would try again) and am able to read a page a day. That is how little time I have! I do, however, seem to find time to read email:)

Great tip!!!!

Neat!
I like downloading books on podcast so I can listen to them while I do housework, go for walks, blowdry my hair, etc.

Learn Out Loud has a section for free downloads:

Oh Sweetie...
Good Morning. I love this post. You will never believe my favs. I love to read Catherine Coulter - her FBI Series - Suspense Thrillers. I have read everything I can get my hands on that she writes. Love them.

If you haven't read them, give them a try, you'll be hooked.

Hope you are having a beautiful day sweetie. I think of you often and pray for your safety every day.

Have a great one. Country hugs and so much love...Sherry

Sounds like a neat idea! As for Atlas Shrugged - I saw the size of that book and knew it wasn't for me! :)

I have read 3 books online. At first I hated it but I eventually got used to it. :)

Awww thanks for the comment and following!

Cute blog! For some weird reason I don't like reading books on the computer. Strange, I know! But that's a great tip for people who do. I might have to tell my aunt, who loves books, about it!

Maybe this is how I should try to read Sense and Sensability! I only get through 1 or 2 pages at a time anyway with the kiddos!

Seriously, that was SO easy...I get started tomorrow morning!

The last book I read was Twilight....I love it and I love how the movies are flowing with the books....I now want to read Dear Jon but I heard the ending is different and tht will just irritate me LOL....

Have a Great Day

awww...there is nothing better than the smell of a book, curling up with one, turning the pages.

That's kinda cool, but I'm not so sure if I'd like the small increments (however that word is spelled!) cuz' I'm kinda all or nothing when it comes to books. I either don't read them at all or consume them in just a few days. Still I see how it could be a bonus because free is a very nice word!

Sounds pretty cool but does it bother your eyes to be reading on the screen?

Will have to check it out.

The last two books I started, I never finished because they were library books, and I had to return them! I wonder if I would like books by email? I should try it!

Um? Okay, I admit it, I'm reading blogs all the time. I need to get back to reading books, because I love them.
