Mama Guilt Mondays

Yesterday, we skipped church (I know, I know, yes, I feel guilty)

but LOOK at what we did instead!

We visited our local indoor flower gardens and
it was WARM inside.

Wonderfully, tropically warm!

Enjoy, my friend!

Soak up these beautiful reds, blues, pinks and greens.

I hope you liked this little break from winter reality.
I know we did!

Do YOU have any Mama Guilt on your mind today?
Feel free to link up or share in the comments!

My son is dying to play in the snow more. Frankly I am so sick of snow. Hubby and I actually had a discussion about where we could move that was warm all year around. That is how fed up we are - and we aren't in the NE where there is 40 something inches. My son was begging to play in the snow. I told him no. His little face is so pathetic. It makes me feel guilty, for a second, but then I look outside, and there is no way.

What a beautiful idea. Oh how I am aching for some spring.

My pastor always says church is in you. That our church is just a building. You spent your day loving your husband and children. I think God would LOVE that. (we even had shirts that say "the church has left the building, lol!)

Gorgeous pictures! It was really nice to see some flowers after our snow-filled extended weekend. Yep, we even got snow in Texas. 12 inches of it!

We didn't do church either. In fact, we need to start going on Saturday evening now because of my class on Sunday. At least for a while.

Oh so lovely pictures ;)

Oh man I so needed that. What beautiful flowers & color variety! Great pictures - thanks for sharing!!
Guilt only in the way of not wanting to be this pregnant anymore. I could simply complain about everything but I'm not going to. I know I should be thankful and happy, but I really want this person off my bladder and out of my body. Lately been thinking this slavery has to end soon! So there you have it... my mommy guilt. I know I shouldn't but I did. Thanks again for the flowers.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today.
Your comment was very sweet.
My biggest desire in this life is to reach others for Christ.
I hope and pray you will take the time to listen to the message I posted about salvation. It will either shake you up and muddy your water, or it will concrete in your heart the decision you have made to follow Jesus.

Have a great day.
God Bless.

Beautiful flowers. I think sometimes God would rather we skip than be in church just out of habit.

Well, I have to say that the beauty of God is in those flowers, so you weren't that far away from church! Gorgeous!

Beautiful!! I'm sure your kiddos really appreciated the flowers with you guys- we went to an indoor garden about this time last year, and it is still one of my favorite memories with my daughter; she absolutely loved running around the "park" even though it was snowy outside.
That's nothing to be guilty over! LOL- God created the flowers, didn't he? ;)

My mom got something for a friend that said,

You are never closer to God than in a garden.

Anyway, once I get my life organized I'm going to join this meme. Monday hopefully.
