Out of the Corner of My Eye

I stumbled out of bed this morning and headed towards the kitchen to start the coffee.

As I made my way through the living room I saw something out of the corner of my eye:

Look closer...

Hi Buzz, whatcha doin'?

Doesn't it look like he's climbing over the chair, going to stand up and "Glide with Style!"

The weird thing is, I thought all the toys were put away when we went to bed last night. Huh???

(I had to turn on several lights to take these pictures. When I get up for work, there is NO natural light to be found!)

(Don't forget, "Mama Guilt Mondays" meme every Monday! Stop back here and link up!)

@ Christine

I know, that's exactly what I thought! That's why I HAD to grab my camera and capture it!

Oh my! Well, Toy Story does tell us they are "alive" when we are not around!
Hey, LOVED Tator Tot Hot Dish. We ate it Tuesday night and then I made a batch to take to a friend who is sick's family yesterday. THANK YOU for the new recipe!

I could just hear Tom Hank's voice saying "To Infinity and Beyond"...

Can't blame you for snapping pics, SO FUNNY!!!

I had to snap a picture of toys when I walked in the room belonging to my youngest 2 and saw Barbie strung up by a construction crane. At least they're creative, right? And Buzz is a good guy, so you were safe! And in answer to your comment on my blog, we are not in the U.P. but in West MI, near the lake. Beautiful here!

That is incredibly funny.

I remember one of my friend's sons had a Barney doll and he would just start talking in the middle of the night. "I love you." (Even after batteries were changed to rule out dying batteries.) It was a little to remniscent of Chuckie for us to feel comfortable. {Grin}

Hahaha! That's awesome. A little on the creepy side, but still awesome.

I was amazed at the toys that showed up in and around our nativity scene this year...aliens, commando guys, little people, dinosaurs...

Sorta cool ol' Buzz is keeping an eye on the place for you!

Somehow that makes me a little uncomfortable...in that dolls coming to life kinda way. It can never end well.

I love Buzz! My son is 14, but Toy Story was new when he was a toddler - and Buzz was his fave...he'd jump off the sofa and yell, "To Infility And Beyond!" (yes, he'd say "infility" instead of "infinity") Ah, the memories... It's great that movie became a classic. *love it*

My crew loves Toy Story - my E especially. He's a huge Buzz fan. Your pictures turned out great, but I bet that was a bit creepy, right at first!
