On Sunday, four Lakewood, Washington police officers were killed in an ambush-style attack. Please pray for their families, and, if you feel led to, donate at the Lakewood Police Independent Guild's website.
I have no connection to this police department or these officers. However, when you wear a badge, it doesn't matter what state seal is on it.

I heard of this first thing yesterday morning and was horrified. You guys put your lives on the line for all of us everyday despite the fact that you have your own families hoping that you come home after every shift. I have been and will continue to pray for these officers families that have lost their loved ones at the hands of a complete coward. And thank you for the job you do. Your work and bravery is appreciated.
I'm sure this really hits home for you and stirs your heart and soul.

Thank you for what you do everyday...we need to be more aware of those who put their lives at risk to protect us and unhold the law.
